Google Adwords Introduction

In our assignment for Internet Marketing class, we’ve required by Sarah to do some research about basic information of Google Adwords. This blog is going to tell us more about the role of Google Adwords in the marketing. Google Adwords is an advertising product provides by Google and this is also being as one of their main source of revenue, first launched in 2000. Now with multi-program includes local, national and international distribution, gradually, it becomes as the most effective ad tool, which reaches 80% of Internet users in the US.

Using Google Adwords means you are being in a contract with Google, you pay them to make sure that your website or page is visibility in Google list of result and also in their partners list when someone is searching for what you offer. With Google Adwords, you are reaching your directly potential prospects/customers.

As I said, Google Adwords allow customers to choose the target geographic place, daily budget (unlimited) and also offers some special application to help customers in listing keywords (This part will be explained specifically in further in the next post). So if you are using Google Adwords as a marketing/advertising campaign, you will be able to control everything related to the campaign, such as: budget, location, and you can also grade the success of your campaign by the details of number of visitors provide by Google.
